Managing Intellectual Property Again Names Potter Anderson “Highly Recommended,” Selects Three Partners as Patent Stars

Firm News

The 2021 edition of Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars guide ranks Potter Anderson as one of only four Delaware firms that are “highly recommended,” the guide’s highest possible ranking. In addition, three Potter Anderson partners — Dave Moore, Janet Reed and Phil Rovner — were listed as 2021 “Patent Stars.”

Moore is a commercial litigator practicing in the state and federal courts. He concentrates his practice in several areas, including intellectual property litigation, trade secret litigation, contract disputes and other complex commercial litigation.

Reed is the head of the firm’s intellectual property transactional and counseling practice. Though she counsels in all aspects of IP, she focuses her practice on patents related to biotechnological inventions in food, medicine and agriculture.

Rovner is an experienced trial attorney, having served as trial counsel in intellectual property, trade secret, corporate and commercial disputes, including cases pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court.
