Moore Appointed Co-Chair of ABA Pretrial Practice & Discovery Committee

Partner Dave Moore, chair of Potter Anderson’s litigation group, has been appointed co-chair of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Pretrial Practice & Discovery Committee for the 2020–2021 bar year. The committee is dedicated to enhancing the substantive knowledge of its members about a wide range of pretrial practice and discovery issues, including legislative proposals, rule changes and recent court decisions.

Moore is a commercial litigator practicing in the state and federal courts. He concentrates his practice in several areas, including intellectual property litigation, trade secret litigation, contract disputes, and other complex commercial litigation. His experience also includes representing corporate clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. A longtime active ABA member and contributor, Moore recently completed a term as co-chair of the Section of Litigation’s Trial Practice Committee.
