Moore Reappointed Co-Chair of ABA Trial Practice Committee

Dave Moore, chair of Potter Anderson’s litigation group, has been reappointed co-chair of the Trial Practice Committee of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section.

Moore practices general commercial litigation in the state and federal courts with a particular focus on intellectual property litigation.

He has been recognized by several publications, including Chambers USA, Managing IP and IAM Patent 1000, as among the top-ranked intellectual property litigators in Delaware.

The mission of the Trial Practice Committee is to promote fairness and justice in the American legal system by enhancing the lives and careers of trial lawyers through innovative programming, award-winning content, and initiatives to foster collegiality, ethics and diversity.
