Potter Anderson Advises Conflicts Committee of Teekay LNG Partners on $6.2 Billion Acquisition by Stonepeak
Teekay LNG Partners L.P. (TGP) and Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, announced that they have entered into an agreement in which Stonepeak will acquire TGP, the world’s third-largest independent LNG carrier owner and operator.
Potter Anderson advised the conflicts committee of TGP on the transaction. The team included partner Mark Morton and associates Rebecca Salko and Anna Umstead.
