Potter Anderson & Corroon Elevates Two Attorneys to Partnership

Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher N. Kelly and Pamela L. Millard have been elected as partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2017.  Mr. Kelly is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Litigation group and Ms. Millard is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Counseling & Governance group.

Christopher Kelly focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.  His experience includes stockholder class and derivative litigation, takeover disputes, alternative entity litigation, internal corporate investigations, and statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, such as stock appraisals, indemnification and advancement actions, contested director elections, and demands to inspect corporate books and records. Mr. Kelly received a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a B.A. from University of Delaware.

Pam Millard focuses her practice on counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues and also represents buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions and divestitures. Ms. Millard earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the editorial board for The Tax Lawyer. She also received a M.A. in International Studies from University of Washington, and B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, from Wellesley College.
