Potter Anderson Helps Intel Earn Win in $2B Patent Case

In a $2 billion patent infringement suit brought by AVM Technologies against Intel Corp., a jury found that Intel had not infringed on any of the eight asserted claims. The six-day trial in AVM Technologies, LLC v. Intel Corporation was held in the U.S. District Court of Delaware.

Serving as Delaware counsel in collaboration with WilmerHale, Dave Moore, chair of Potter Anderson’s Litigation Group, and senior associate Bindu Palapura led the firm’s representation.
