Potter Anderson Represents Google in Corporate Reorganization

Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is serving as Delaware counsel to Google in connection with its corporate reorganization, involving the formation of a new publicly traded company, Alphabet Inc.

Alphabet will operate as a holding company that owns shares in operating companies, the largest of which is Google. 

The Potter Anderson team is led by partners Michael B. Tumas and Michael K. Reilly.
