Potter Anderson Represents Liberty Interactive in $2.4 Billion Deal

Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is serving as Delaware counsel to Liberty Interactive in connection with its acquisition of online retailer, Zulily. 

Liberty Interactive Corporation, parent company of video and eCommerce retailer QVC, will purchase Zulily in a cash-and-stock deal worth $2.4 billion.  The combined companies are reportedly expected to generate annual revenue upwards of $10 billion.
