Potter Anderson Wins Heart Walk Lawyers’ Cup for 19th Consecutive Year

Potter Anderson is a proud supporter of the American Heart Association’s annual Wilmington Heart Walk. The 2021 walk took place at Tubman Garrett Park on November 7. For the 19th consecutive year, the firm won the Lawyers’ Cup trophy, which is given to the law firm that raises the most money through sponsorship of individual walkers. Legal administrative assistant Mary Ellen Manley accepted the Lawyers’ Cup on behalf of the firm.

The money raised through the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk funds vital research and educational programs and initiatives that promote prevention, treatment and patient care in the areas of cardiovascular disease and stroke, the number 1 and number 5 leading killers in the United States. The American Heart Association is the nation's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
