Potter Anderson and Five Lawyers Named to 2021 IAM Patent 1000
Noting that “[s]toried Delaware ensemble Potter Anderson & Corroon possesses a comprehensive IP toolkit and supports innovative companies in many meaningful ways,” the 2021 edition of Intellectual Asset Management’s IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Professionals highlights five Potter Anderson lawyers: partners Dave Moore, Bindu Palapura, Janet Reed and Phil Rovner and counsel Alan Silverstein.
The new edition goes on to note that Potter Anderson “has a presence on the prosecution table in the form of Janet Reed, who heads the IP counselling and transactions practice. Armed with a biochemistry PhD, Reed executes prosecution tasks with precision and manages portfolios with well-designed strategies. The litigation bench is a deep one, headlined by veteran commercial and IP litigators David Moore and Philip Rovner; and patent and IP-focused up-and-comers Alan Silverstein and Bindu Palapura.”
The IAM Patent 1000 is compiled annually following a research process that includes interviews with attorneys at law, patent attorneys and in-house counsel to gather market intelligence on the leading players in the field.
