Symonds is one of the original drafters of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act as well as the former chair and long-time member of the Delaware State Bar Association committee responsible for proposing amendments to that statute and to Delaware’s limited partnership and general partnership laws.

O’Toole is the chair of Potter Anderson's Business Group, a member of the firm's Executive Committee, and chair of the firm's Blockchain Committee. He is the immediate past chair of the DSBA’s Council of the Corporation Law Section.
