Denny and Noa Provide Updated Guidance on Delaware's Privacy Laws

Partners Bill Denny and Jesse Noa provided updated guidance on Delaware's privacy laws for OneTrust DataGuidance's "Delaware - Sectoral Privacy Overview Guidance Note." 

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security and information technology. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Noa represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex commercial and employment litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Delaware.
