Partner Tim Dudderar and associate Justin Hymes authored "A Blow to Private Equity Leveraged Buyouts? A Delaware Law Perspective on the Groundbreaking New York Case, In re Nine West LBO Securities Litigation" for the latest edition of Business Law Today.  The article is available online here.

Dudderar is the vice practice group leader of Potter Anderson’s Corporate Litigation Group. His experience includes representing corporations and boards of directors in stockholder class and derivative litigation, internal corporate investigations, representing limited partnerships and other alternative entities in actions alleging breaches of operating agreements as well as litigating various proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, such as stock appraisal, indemnification and advancement, contested director elections and demands for corporate books and records.

Hymes is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
