Anna Fosberg, a certified limited practice licensee, co-authored an article recently published by Penn State Law, her alma mater. “How Do You Distinguish Effective Allyship From Performative Allyship?” is the first installment of a four-part series examining how white Americans can be effective allies to marginalized groups, specifically Black, Latinx, immigrant and LGBTQ+ communities. The full text of the article is online here.

Fosberg is a member of Potter Anderson’s Corporate Litigation Group. She focuses her practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable William I. Arbuckle of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section.
