Steele Co-authors Chapter on Fiduciary Duties of Directors of Financially Troubled Corporations

Myron T. Steele, Potter Anderson partner and former chief justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, co-wrote a chapter in the new edition of Reorganizing Failing Businesses: A Comprehensive Review and Analysis of Financial Restructuring and Business Reorganization, published by the ABA’s Business Law Section. The book offers guidance and practical advice for directors and officers presented with a distressed situation. Written with co-authors Rafael X. Zahralddin-Aravena and Kathryn H. Harmon of Elliott Greenleaf, the chapter is titled “Fiduciary Duties of Directors of Financially Troubled Corporations.”
