Alan R. Silverstein is counsel in the firm's General Litigation Group. He specializes in the areas of commercial and complex litigation. He concentrates his practice on patent litigation, trademark litigation, trade secret litigation and intellectual property counseling. Alan also regularly represents clients in contract disputes and business tort matters. Alan has experience representing clients in both the Delaware Courts and federal courts around the country, including the federal courts of appeals. He is experienced with all phases of litigation including large-scale electronic discovery, managing scientific experts and cost-effective litigation strategies.
Alan was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2014-2017 and was named to the IAM Patent 1000 in 2020, which described him as “a rare litigator who has genuine empathy and sincerity and who looks for positive results for all parties.”
