Andrew H. Sauder is a counsel in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware's state and federal courts, including the Court of Chancery, the preeminent forum for corporate litigation.
After law school, Andrew served as a clerk for the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.
Prior to attending law school, Andrew worked for the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice for three years in the Honors Paralegal program.
