Callan R. Jackson is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. She focuses her practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, representing clients in contested director elections, dissolution proceedings, and high-stakes litigation.
Callan is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and Associates Committee. She is involved with the Delaware State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, where she has served on the board since 2020. While in law school, Callan served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office in Buffalo, New York.

- Officers of Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. in defense of allegations of breaches of fiduciary duty in connection with sale to Silver Lake and P2 Capital Partners
- National Amusements Inc. (NAI), Shari Redstone, and Sumner Redstone in a favorable settlement against CBS Corporation and certain members of its board of directors concerning CBS’s attempt to dilute NAI’s voting control of CBS
- Controllers of ISN Software Corp. in a successful post-trial holding that a private equity investor’s claims for breach of fiduciary duty in connection with a cash-out merger were barred by the investor’s delay
