Clarissa R. Chenoweth-Shook is a trial lawyer who has represented clients in each of Delaware’s state courts and in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Her practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in commercial litigation. In particular, Clarissa has significant experience with contract disputes, alternative entity disputes and business divorce matters.
Before entering private practice, she clerked for two Delaware Superior Court judges: the Honorable Joseph R. Slights, III and the Honorable Charles E. Butler.
