Biography
Eric J. Nascone is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. He focuses his practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
During law school, Eric was an extern for Chief Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
