Biography
Ryan M. Ellingson is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. He focuses his practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
During law school, Ryan served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David D. Noce of the Eastern District of Missouri. He also externed for the Investor Protection Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General, where he assisted securities fraud investigations, and National Public Radio, where he supported journalists covering the U.S. Supreme Court.
