Biography
Elizabeth S. Dean is a member of the firm's General Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups, where she primarily defends Delaware employers in litigation across a range of workplace issues. She represents clients in both federal and Delaware courts against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Elizabeth also has experience navigating matters before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the Delaware Department of Labor. Complementing her litigation practice, she counsels employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, developing proactive strategies to minimize legal exposure.
