Biography
Shannon Forshay is an associate in the firm's General Litigation Group. She focuses her practice primarily on complex commercial restructurings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
During law school, Shannon served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Paul M. Baisier in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Following law school, Shannon served as a law clerk for the Hon. Jeffery W. Cavendar in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
