Biography

Heather Fithian Romansky is an associate in the firm’s Transactions group.

Before joining Potter Anderson, Heather served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Vice Chancellor Bonnie W. David and Magistrate David Hume, IV of the Delaware Court of Chancery. She was Editor-in-Chief of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a Constitutional Law Research Assistant at Delaware Law School.

During law school, Heather served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Kent A. Jordan (Retired) of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also served as President (2023–2024), Secretary (2022–2023), and DEI Student Council Representative of the First Generation Law Student Association and was recognized as an Academic Success Fellow.
