Biography
Pam R. Schools is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Litigation group. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Prior to focusing on corporate litigation, Pam worked as a commercial-litigation associate handling business torts, fraud, internal investigations, and consumer-finance disputes. She also has experience representing clients before administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings before JAMS.
Before attending law school, Pam gained experience in investor relations, corporate communications, and business development. This background helps her approach each matter with a nuanced understanding of business issues.
