Peter T. Sabini

Biography

Peter T. Sabini is a member of Potter Anderson’s General Litigation Group, representing clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes in Delaware’s state and federal courts. He handles matters before the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court and advises clients on contract, fiduciary, and other business disputes. In addition to his commercial practice, Peter assists on intellectual property and labor and employment matters. In law school, Peter served as the Senior Federal Circuit Editor on the American University Law Review, where he edited and published articles on patent, trademark, and veterans law issues.
