Carla Jones spoke on the “Claims Handling: Discovery and Privilege Disputes” panel at the ABA’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar in Tucson. The panel discussed where courts have drawn the lines in the scope of permissible discovery and how they’ve considered the issue.

A former law clerk to the Honorable President Judge Jan R. Jurden of the Superior Court of Delaware, Jones focuses her practice on complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation in the state and federal courts.

The ICLC seminar is an annual event affiliated with the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Potter Anderson is a bronze sponsor of this year’s event. For more information, visit the seminar’s website.
