Biography
Carla M. Jones is a member of the firm’s General Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups, focusing on complex commercial, insurance coverage, and employment litigation in the state and federal courts of Delaware. She regularly represents clients in litigation filed in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) of the Delaware Superior Court. Carla’s practice also focuses on defending employers in the state and federal courts of Delaware against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Carla is the Co-Vice-Chair of the Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules Advisory Committee and is a member of the Delaware Superior Court CCLD Rules Sub-Committee. She also serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Delaware Lawyer magazine.
Prior to joining Potter Anderson, Carla served as a law clerk for two years to the Honorable President Judge Jan R. Jurden of the Superior Court of Delaware.
