Associate Carla Jones will join a panel of distinguished judges and attorneys for a discussion about the Superior Court's Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) hosted by the DSBA on Thursday, February 19 in Wilmington. The conversation will cover background information about the CCLD, new rules, and recent developments and trends. Carla’s panel will be followed by a presentation on best practices in the CCLD and cross designation between the Court of Chancery and the Superior Court.
