Levy Speaks at DSBA Corporation Law Council’s Annual CLE Program

Partner Jackie Levy will be a panelist at the Delaware State Bar Association's annual CLE program produced by the Corporation Law Council. Levy will join other Delaware practitioners and Vice Chancellor Paul Fioravanti of the Delaware Court of Chancery for a session titled “Guidance from the Delaware Courts.”

Levy focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in matters involving Delaware corporations and alternative entities. Her experience includes stockholder class and derivative actions, actions for appraisal, indemnification and advancement actions, and demands to inspect books and records. She also has experience counseling boards of directors and corporate clients on their rights and obligations under Delaware law.
