Biography
Jackie Levy is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware state and federal courts. Jackie has built a track record as an advocate who delivers extraordinary results by seeking out procedural and legal opportunities to create leverage for her clients. She advises and fights for corporations, boards of directors, officers, special committees, and private equity clients on matters involving Delaware law.
Her experience includes stockholder class and derivative actions, contract disputes, actions for appraisal, indemnification and advancement actions, disputes over corporate control, and demands to inspect books and records. Both in and out of the courtroom, Jackie is a trusted advisor to her clients due to her unique ability to align business and legal strategies to achieve success.

Representative Matters
- Served as Delaware counsel to a public company in connection with successful appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court in action challenging the company’s reincorporation in Nevada (Maffei v. Palkon, 339 A.3d 705 (Del. 2025)).
- Lead counsel in action involving successful defense of dispute over the transfer of voting rights pursuant to a voting proxy (Walton v. Walton, 2025 WL 2555839 (Del. Ch. Sept. 2, 2025)).
- Lead counsel to venture capital investment firm in action for breach of fiduciary duty in connection with sale of portfolio company (CRCM Frontier Tech. Fund I, LP v. Hilton, (Del. Ch.)).
- Lead counsel to Air Medical Group Holdings, Inc. in action defending post-closing claims for breach of a purchase and sale agreement (Cahill v. Air Medical Group Holding, LLC, 2023 WL 6810089 (D. Del. 16, 2023)).
- Delaware counsel to Cox Communications, Inc. in an action involving claims for breach of a patent license and settlement agreement, which resulted in a successful appeal before the Delaware Supreme Court (Cox Commc'ns, Inc. v. T-Mobile US, Inc., 273 A.3d 752, 755 (Del. 2022)).
- Served as Delaware counsel to Oxbow Carbon & Minerals Holdings Inc. in connection with a dispute over a unit holders’ right to liquidate resulting in successful appeal overturning Court of Chancery opinion on the duty of good faith and fair dealing (Oxbow Carbon & Minerals Holdings, Inc. v. Crestview-Oxbow Acquisition, LLC, 2019 WL 237360 (Del. 2019)).
- Defended C&J Energy Services and its directors in an action challenging the acquisition of assets from Nabors, successfully overturning on appeal an injunction precluding consummation of the transaction (C&J Energy Serv’s., Inc. v. City of Miami Gen. Emps.’ & Sanitation Emps.’ Ret. Trust, 107 A.3d 1049 (Del. 2014)).
