Ciara Sprance Appointed to ACFA Board of Directors
WILMINGTON, Del. (July 20, 2026) - Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP (Potter Anderson) is pleased to share that Associate Ciara E. Sprance has been appointed to the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys (ACFA) Board of Directors.
The ACFA is a select group of national and international attorneys who are experts in middle-market commercial credit transactions and commercial bankruptcy matters. Spanning thirty states and multiple foreign countries, its members serve clients including many major banks, commercial finance companies, leasing companies, and factors.
Ciara advises clients on Delaware corporate and alternative entity law, with a focus on governance, transactional structuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporate restructurings. She works with companies, boards, investors, and other stakeholders on complex legal and strategic matters involving Delaware entities.
