Nicole Pedi to Speak at Sedona Conference Working Group 12 Annual Meeting 2026
Nicole Pedi will speak at the Sedona Conference Working Group 12 Annual Meeting 2026, happening in Cleveland on October 5th and 6th. The meeting will focus on discussion of the following current WG12 drafting projects, ultimately advancing them to publication and public comment:
- Artificial Intelligence and Trade Secrets
- Protecting Trade Secrets Outside the US
- Developing an Effective "Incident Response Plan" When Trade Secret Disputes Begin
- Trade Secret Guidance for Employees Who Change Jobs
- When Continued Possession of Trade Secrets Post-Separation Does or Does Not Constitute
- Misappropriation of Trade Secrets
- Criminal Trade Secret Law and Practice
- General Skill, Knowledge and Experience
- Merits-Based Trade Secrets Identification
The Working Group will also discuss potential new topics to be pursued over the next year, followed by a Judicial and In-house roundtable, and a panel update about the work of the Uniform Law Commission’s Drafting Committee on Updates to the Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
Nicole is counsel in the firm’s General Litigation Group, where she focuses her practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware state and federal courts. She has experience litigating a range of complex disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, noncompete, trade secret, patent and trademark matters.
