Nicole Pedi

Biography

Nicole K. Pedi is counsel in the firm's General Litigation Group. She focuses her practice primarily on commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware's state and federal courts.

Nicole has successfully litigated breach of contract, fraud, noncompete, and trade secret claims in the Delaware Superior Court's Complex Commercial Litigation Division and the Court of Chancery, as well as patent and trademark infringement claims in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

Nicole is one of four lawyers nationwide selected for the 2022-2024 Young Lawyer Leadership Program of the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation, which focuses on identifying and cultivating lawyers with leadership potential. She was also selected for and completed the Federal Trial Practice Seminar, an instructional program that provides opportunities for young litigators in Delaware to learn and practice trial skills, learning from both experienced practitioners and the judges of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Nicole is active in the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association, the Litigation Section of the ABA, and the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was an associate at a law firm in Delaware for nine years.
