Nicole Pedi Appointed Co-Chair of The Woman Advocate Committee of the American Bar Association

WILMINGTON, Del. (August 6, 2025) – Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP (Potter Anderson) is pleased to announce that Nicole K. Pedi has been appointed co-chair of The Woman Advocate Committee, part of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association (ABA).

The ABA’s Woman Advocate Committee focuses on supporting women in the legal profession, providing information on topics of interest to women across a variety of subject matters, offering a forum for open and candid dialogue about issues female attorneys face, and leading the profession in finding solutions to those issues.

Pedi is counsel in the firm's General Litigation Group. She focuses her practice primarily on commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware's state and federal courts. Pedi has successfully litigated breach of contract, fraud, noncompete, and trade secret claims in the Delaware Superior Court's Complex Commercial Litigation Division and the Court of Chancery, as well as patent and trademark infringement claims in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
