Morales has been appointed Co-Chair of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) Delaware Network. Katelin focuses her practice on complex commercial restructurings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She has represented various types of clients through the chapter 11 process, such as debtors, lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, secured creditors, and indenture trustees. Katelin also has experience litigating complex commercial disputes that arise in chapter 11 proceedings. She represents debtors and other parties in interest in a wide range of bankruptcy litigation, including contested plan confirmations, fraud, and avoidance actions.
