Biography
Katelin A. Morales is a member of the firm's General Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial restructurings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She has represented various types of clients through the chapter 11 process, such as debtors, lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, secured creditors, and indenture trustees. Katelin also has experience litigating complex commercial disputes that arise in chapter 11 proceedings. She represents debtors and other parties in interest in a wide range of bankruptcy litigation, including contested plan confirmations, fraud, and avoidance actions.
Before joining private practice, Katelin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jerrold N. Poslusny of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. During law school, she was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
