Potter Anderson Attorney Lilianna Anh P. Townsend Elected to Delaware Bar Foundation Board
WILMINGTON, Del. (June 16, 2025) – Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP (Potter Anderson) is pleased to announce that firm counsel Lilianna Anh P. Townsend has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Delaware Bar Foundation. She will serve a four-year term beginning July 1.

A member of Potter Anderson’s Corporate Litigation Group, Townsend focuses her practice on representing companies, directors, officers, and stockholders in corporate and M&A litigation in the Delaware courts. Her experience also includes litigating and providing advice regarding various statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, committee investigations in connection with alleged improper conduct, and disputes involving alternative entities.
Townsend also is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and DEI Committee. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
