Lilianna Townsend

Biography

Lilianna Anh P. Townsend is counsel in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group.  Lilianna focuses her practice on representing companies, directors, officers, and stockholders in corporate and M&A litigation in the Delaware courts.  She also has experience litigating and providing advice regarding various statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, committee investigations in connection with alleged improper conduct, and disputes involving alternative entities.

Prior to joining Potter Anderson, Lilianna served as a judicial law clerk for Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery and was an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Delaware, where she represented directors, officers and corporations in litigation and arbitration in a variety of corporate and complex commercial disputes.

Lilianna is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
