Townsend, Boateng and Judefind Selected for 2024 LCLD Programs

2024 LCLD ParticipantsAs part of Potter Anderson’s continuing commitment to supporting the work of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, three firm lawyers have been selected to participate in this year’s LCLD programs.

Counsel Lilianna Townsend has joined the LCLD Fellows Program, an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Associates Maame Boateng and Jamie Judefind are participating in the LCLD Pathfinders Program, a seven-month professional program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building.

Townsend is counsel in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to joining Potter Anderson, she served as a judicial law clerk for Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Boateng is an associate in the firm's General Litigation Group. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial and corporate disputes in the state and federal courts of Delaware. After law school, she served as a clerk for the Hon. Abigail M. LeGrow of the Delaware Superior and Supreme Courts.

Judefind is an associate in the firm's Transactions and Corporate Counseling Group where her primary focus is on real estate transactions. She handles a wide range of commercial real estate matters involving private equity firms, investors, developers, borrowers, owners and lending institutions.
