WILMINGTON, Del. (Jan. 5, 2026) – Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP (Potter Anderson) is pleased to announce the elevation to partner of firm attorneys Alyssa Gerace Frank, Brett M. Haywood, and Lilianna Anh P. Townsend. The promotions are effective Jan. 1, 2026.

Frank focuses her practice on corporate and business transactions including the structure and use of Delaware business entities. She also represents lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate and other financing transactions, including commercial real estate acquisition and construction transactions and commercial loan modifications. In addition, she provides third-party legal opinions concerning Delaware’s General Corporation Law, Delaware’s alternative entity statutes, and the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code.

Frank currently serves as chair of the Delaware State Bar Association Commercial Law Section. She received her J.D., cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from North Park University.

Haywood focuses his practice primarily on complex commercial restructurings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, offering business-focused legal counsel and a proven track record of restructuring large corporate enterprises, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and advising company leaders and decision-makers on important legal matters.

Haywood received his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Northeastern University.

Townsend focuses her practice on representing companies, directors, officers, and stockholders in corporate and M&A litigation in the Delaware courts. Her experience includes litigating and providing advice regarding various statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, committee investigations in connection with alleged improper conduct, and disputes involving alternative entities.

Townsend also is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. In addition, she serves as a board member of the Delaware Bar Foundation and the Historical Society for the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
