- Davey will moderate a panel on Corporate Law and Governance.
- Davey and Davis will meet with BYU Law students to discuss practicing law in Delaware.

In addition, he has substantial experience litigating and providing advice regarding various proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, including appraisal, advancement and indemnification, books and records demands, and director election contests.
Davis focuses his practice on business and corporate litigation in the Court of Chancery, where he litigates complex and often expedited matters.
