Benjamin Stowers is an associate in the firm's Transactions and Corporate Counseling Group. He focuses his practice on counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. Ben also works with buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions and divestitures.
Ben leads the Philadelphia-Lyon Bar Exchange Program through the Philadelphia Bar Association and serves as an alternate board member for the French-American Chamber of Commerce. He also maintains an active pro bono practice in which he represents clients in immigration proceedings.
Ben speaks fluent French and Spanish.
