  • CertiSign Holding, Inc. in the successful defense of claims by a former director for the validation of stock options and a debt assumption agreement under 8 Del. C. § 205, resulting in a post-trial damages award in favor of the company (CertiSign Holding, Inc. v. Kulikovsky, 2018 WL 2938311 (Del. Ch. June 7, 2018))
