Jamie G. Judefind focuses her practice on corporate and business transactions including the structure and use of Delaware business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, limited and general partnerships and statutory and common law trusts. Jamie also assists with the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate and other financing transactions and has worked on multiple commercial real estate acquisition and construction transactions, as well as commercial loan modifications. She also counsels Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues.

During law school, Jamie served as the Josiah Oliver Wolcott Fellow to Justice James T. Vaughn, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court. She also served as an intern to Justice Randy J. Holland to assist with updating his co-authored textbook on state constitutional law. Jamie was the Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Law Review and President of the Transactional Law Honor Society and was the recipient of the 2021 Dean’s Award.
