Timothy R. Dudderar is the vice practice group leader of Potter Anderson’s Corporate Litigation Group, which has been praised by Chambers USA for “its reputation as one of the leading firms in the Delaware Chancery space.” He focuses his practice on corporate and alternative entity litigation. His experience includes representing corporations and boards of directors in stockholder class and derivative litigation, internal corporate investigations, representing limited partnerships and other alternative entities in actions alleging breaches of operating agreements as well as litigating various proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, such as stock appraisal, indemnification and advancement, contested director elections and demands for corporate books and records. Tim has represented clients in various industries, including financial and banking, technology, oil and gas exploration, and commercial real estate before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.
