Biography
Alex is a member of the firm's Transactions & Corporate Counseling Group. She focuses her practice on counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. Alex also works with buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions and divestitures.z
During law school, Alex served as President of the Women in Law Society, as a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow, and was selected as a Myron T. Steele Fellow (2024-2025) at the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance.
