The mission of Potter Anderson's Women's Initiative is to enhance and expand the recruitment, retention and advancement of our female attorneys.
The Women's Initiative at Potter Anderson began in 2008 and was established to give the women of the firm a forum for social and professional interaction. The Women's Initiative holds regular meetings and events throughout the year and every fall, they host an evening event for our local women clients and contacts.

For our annual fall event in 2023, the Women's Initiative hosted a cocktail event at Winterthur and offered our guests an opportunity to view their exhibit "Ann Lowe: American Courturier."
